To equip at-risk children and youth with academic, emotional, and spiritual tools so they can positively and effectively address the challenges and problems around them.

We empower all members of our community and organization (participants, employees, volunteers, donors, prayer partners etc.) to take part in the kingdom of God and the mission that it calls us to live.  We promote a sense of co-responsibility and commitment to the work of Jesus Christ.

HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT

We believe in the holistic healing and restoration of the individual.  We foster an environment of flexibility and patience where children, youth and young adults can feel safe to learn and grow in every area of their lives (emotional, intellectual, missional, physical, social and spiritual). We are convinced that this holistic approach will equip a new generation of young people to make change for the kingdom of God in their families, churches and communities.

SUSTAINABILITY

We are building ministries and programs that will continue serving God and their communities long after their founders.  We reuse and recycle both as a source of healthy income and as a way to conserve our environment.  We also provide jobs and competitive pay to help sustain our surrounding communities beyond the walls of our youth training programs.
